Exploring the Art World with a Passionate Artist
Elena Kraft
SCULPTOR
Bio
Elena Kraft is a contemporary sculptor working primarily with the human body. At the center of her artistic practice is the human figure as a carrier of emotion, inner tension, and lived experience. Her work is characterized by expressive form, attention to posture, movement, and the psychological state of the body.
Elena Kraft is originally trained as a choreographer, and this background has strongly shaped her artistic language. A deep understanding of anatomy, movement, balance, and rhythm led her naturally toward a figurative style in both sculpture and painting. In her work, the body is not a static form, but a moment of motion and emotion captured in time.
In sculpture, Kraft works with bronze and mixed media, using surface, texture, and additional elements to intensify emotional expression. Through the human figure she explores themes of vulnerability, inner strength, limitation, and transformation.
Her works have been exhibited internationally and are held in private collections. In 2025, she received First and Third Place at the World Art Awards in the sculpture category and was also honored by the American Art Awards, marking her growing international recognition.
Elena Kraft lives and works in Germany.
